Every time I see a bee, I think of my daughter...

She was about 21/2 years old when she learned how to tame bees. Yup, you read right. She would walk right over to them while they were on the flowers, pick them up and say, "Look, mommy. Bee."

It was hard not to go "Oh no!" and teach her how to be afraid...but one day when she was 4, she was stung...that is when the fear crept it.

But before that, she was a bee wrangler! :)

Great photo!

Oh my goodness. That sounds like Chris and snakes. That kid is fearless and will pick them up and play with them.
Once again a beautiful photo. i think I have a picture of a bumble bee on a sage flower on my blog somewhere to, but no where near as pretty as this one.

I love your photos! If you like, come check out my jewelry - I like to let the natural beauty of the stones come out. I'll be back to admire your photos again. :-)
