A Cold Wind Blows!

Click photo to enlarge.
Frozen tracks along our path at 7:25 A.M. today.
A bitter cold blew in from the north yesterday making it uncomfortable to work in the yard and we got very little done outside. The wind is actually out of the NNE, and this morning, at only about 3 mph. The thermometer on the back porch (out of the wind) says 32 degrees right now but it feels much colder. Posted by Hello

Love this photo! Love nature shots. Seems like I have to "go" out of town in order to get some of the shots I like (without cars, people, buildings, etc.) Went to the lab last night to process some film - will see how the proof sheets come out tonight - mostly people shots - black and white is what I am messin' aorund with right now. Keep the beautiful shots coming Jim! :)They inspire me!

What does a day that is "too cold to go out" look like? Reading? Since we are moving into the retirement mode in the next few years, we're just trying to understand the whole slowing down concept. Love to hear both your and Peg's thoughts, Jimmy. xoxo Candy
