Solstice Dinner

Peggy and I enjoyed a delicious stir-fry dinner on the Winter Solstice, fully appreciating each other's company and a very relaxing evening.
A toast to the returning sun...
...and to good healthful food, a warm fire in a cozy mountain cabin, and loving companionship, as we begin another cycle in our lives together.
Love and Peace...

Chive really likes the toasting idea, and I think we'll be cracking a bottle ourselves a little later. We'll join around your table in spirit, if you don't mind pull up a few more chairs. And I'm wondering, did you make that table yourself?

Yet another beautiful picture. I have this program that makes pictures into cross stitch patterns. I think that one will make a very pretty pattern. Happy Solstice guys.

I was brought here by Bev at Burning Silo, and I appear much too late, I'm afraid. I too celebrated the Winter Solstice, but I couldn't have come up with such a wonderfully sweet photo!
